Journal of South Asian Studies

The "Journal of South Asian Studies" is an academic journal that aims to publish and promote high-quality research on modern South Asia. The journal is interdisciplinary and provides a platform for scholars and researchers from various academic disciplines to engage in critical discussions on different aspects of South Asian societies, cultures, and politics. The scope of the journal encompasses topics such as politics, governance, history, culture, literature, arts, social and cultural studies, economy and development, security and international affairs, as well as comparative and theoretical studies related to South Asia with a special emphasis on Pakistan. The journal also welcomes submissions on the linkages and relations of South Asia with other regions, including Central Asia, Southeast Asia, West Asia, and the Middle East.
