INFORATION FOR AUTHORS
Article Publication Fee
EScience Press levies an article-publishing charge to cover the cost of the publication. Authors publishing with EScience Press retains the copyright to their work allowing the articles to be re-used and re-distributed without restriction, as long as the original work is correctly cited. EScience Press supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing for most of its journals. The cost for open access article(s) publication fee will be established for each country according to its economy and is available on individual journal websites.
Payment Process
Authors will be asked to pay an article publication fee when the manuscript is formally accepted for publication after double blind peer review process. The article will then be forwarded to the production process.
Refund Policy
In general, no refunds will be given once an article is sent to the press or published. However, EScience Press will, at its discretion, allow for the repay in case an article has not been published in the issue for which it is accepted.
Cancellation policy
EScience Press does not encourage the withdrawal of a manuscript once the author sends author-proof. It also does not allow cancellation of fee during the publishing process or once the article is published online since the author agrees and confirm the acceptance in the authorship agreement before paying article publication charges.
INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
All new orders for journal hosting and digital archiving include a 07 days refund / money-back guarantee. Refund requests should state clearly the reason for your refund request and must be received within the 07 days of activation through email (support [at] esciencepress.net), or the web form.
We use third party domain registrar to register the customer’s domains, so once registered domains cost will not be included in the refund. However, you will be able to retain the ownership of domain and will be eligible to transfer your domain to other registrars.
Please note that accounts terminated due to violation of our terms and conditions, will not be eligible for the refund. Similarly, refund request will not be accepted if it is requested for any cause that is out of EScience Press’s control e.g. the customer’s lack of knowledge or experience with web basics etc.
